Click [Add/Remove Windows Components].

The [Windows Components Wizard] will appear.
Double-click [ Internet Information Services (IIS)].

[Internet Information Services (IIS)] details will appear.
Check [ File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Service].

Check marks will also be placed in [ Internet Information Services Snap-in]
and [ Common Files] as well.
Click the [OK] button to return to the [Windows Components Wizard].
