Double-click [Advanced].

Check [Local Area Connection] if you use a LAN cable to transfer images to
the computer, or [Wireless Network Connection] if you use a wireless
connection, and click the [Settings] button.
[Advanced Settings] will appear.
Check [ FTP Server].

If [Service Settings] appears, click the [OK] button without changing anything.
Click the [OK] button in [Advanced Settings] and click the [OK] button in
[Windows Firewall] to finish the settings.
