9.9 Trend-Viewer

The Trend-Viewer is only displayed when the
Trend-Viewer is checked in the View menu.
All data of the activated list of parameters
are uploaded cyclically from the actuator in
online mode when the Trend-Viewer is acti-
vated.
The graph can be adapted. Various operat-
ing values can be displayed if they have
been selected.
In addition to the selection of data points,
the x axis and y axis can be shifted and the
scale can be adapted. You can also zoom in
and out of the graph.

Settings

New data points can be added by dragging
and dropping them into the Trend-Viewer
window. To do this, click on the required da-
ta point in the folder and drag it into the
Trend-Viewer. You can change the data point
name, range of values, time axis or color by
double-clicking or right-clicking on the data
point.

Configuration and operation using TROVIS-VIEW
Select Online Mode from the Device menu to
establish communication and display the se-
lected data points in the Trend-Viewer ac-
cording to the settings previously made.
Apart from merely displaying and the ex-
porting the logged data, it is also possible to
save the logged data points cyclically in a
file. Right-click on the graph and select Save
logging automatically from the context-sensi-
tive menu to choose a location where the
logging is to be saved.
Select Modify storage address for logging...
from the context-sensitive menu to change
this storage location.
