Copying an Entry from the Corporate to Local Directory
You can copy an entry from the corporate directory to the local directory.
1. Access the directory by pressing the
2. Select the Corporate directory.
3. Select the entry you wish to copy to the local directory.
4. Press the
5. Select Copy to local and press OK.
6. Press OK to save the entry.
Removing an Entry from the Local or Meetings Directories
You can remove an entry from the local or meetings directories.
1. Access the directory by pressing the
2. Select either the Local or Meetings directory.
3. Select the entry you wish to remove.
4. Press the
5. Select Remove and press OK.
6. Select Yes and press OK.
Editing an Entry in the Local or Meetings Directories
You can edit an entry in the local or meetings directories.
1. Select the entry you wish to edit.
2. Press the
3. Select Edit from the menu, and press OK.
