Status screen

The Status screen is effectively the 'home' screen and provides server connection information.
When using GPRS the current GSM signal strength will be shown in addition to server connection information, when
using Ethernet the IP address of the MelcoREMOTE will be shown, when set to be an I/O module the Modbus RTU
Slave ID and Baud Rate will be shown.
