Secure Print Passcode
Enter the Passcode corresponding to the [User ID] for Secure Print. The Passcode can be entered up to 12 numeric
characters. It will be displayed as bullets (•).
Job Name
Select the method to specify the job name to store in the printer. When selecting [Use Existing Name], the job name
is obtained from the application that sends the print command, and cannot be entered. Specify the job name within
12 characters. When selecting [Enter Job Name], enter a name in [New Job Name].

New Job Name
When selecting [Enter Job Name] for [Job Name], enter a job name to store in the printer. Enter the job name within
12 characters.

Enter the User ID for Sample Print. Enter the User ID within 8 characters.

Paper
Specify the paper size, paper type, and tray settings. Select each menu from the drop-down menu.
Size
Specify the paper size of the file to be printed.

This is displayed when selecting [Custom] for [Size].
Create a New Form
Select this to create a new custom paper size.
Name
Enter a name of up to 31 characters for the new custom paper size.
Width
Set the width of the custom page. You can specify in 0.01 inch units when setting in inches, in 0.1mm units when
setting in millimeters, and in 1point units when setting in points.
Length
Set the length of the custom page. You can specify in 0.01 inch units when setting in inches, in 0.1mm units when
setting in millimeters, and in 1point units when setting in points.
