Telephone operation

Volume
To adjust the listening volume:

To adjust the ringer volume of the telephone base:
When the telephone base is idle, press +/- VOLUME
Call waiting
When you hear a call waiting tone during a call, press FLASH on the cordless handset or telephone base to put the current call
Press FLASH
Mute
To mute the microphone:
MUTE
The mute feature allows you to mute the microphone so that the party on the other end will not be able to hear you
Press MUTE
Hold
To place a call on hold:

To initiate an intercom call:
• On the cordless handset, press INTERCOM
