Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Enter the inspection mode (see Section 3.2)
and do the following for the new main PCB
ASSY:
- Select "Head Rank" in the Factory
Inspection mode.
- Regulate the motor speed in PRINT1
submode.
Any dust or foreign
material on the key
contacts?

Is the key PCB FFC
PCB connector?
Y
Y
Clean the key contacts
or replace the rubber keypad.
