Use the headset or speaker buttons to choose whether to dial the call using the
speaker phone or headset. Lift the handset at any time to switch to using the handset
Use the '+' or '–' keys at the bottom of the phone to adjust the call volume during a call

Calls
All incoming calls display in an Incoming Call window, as shown below.
To answer the call, do one of the following:
To use the handset, pick up the handset.
To use the speakerphone, press
To use your headset, press
If you're already in handset, speakerphone, or headset mode, press Answer, and the
phone will automatically use the mode you're in.
Tips:
Use the '+' or '–' keys at the bottom of the phone to adjust the ringer volume
To mute the call, press the mute button located below the speaker and headset keys
To hang up the call replace the handset, or press the 'EndCall' key
or press Answer.
