Recording or Erasing Co-worker's Names from a System Administrator's Mailbox
Select Subscriber Mailbox Maintenance options.

Enter the number of the Subscriber Mailbox you want to maintain.
D (3) Delete the mailbox name.

N (6) Record a new mailbox name.

Listen to currently recorded name (if any).

Record a new name.

Delete the currently recorded name.
