Function
File open : System configuration file of the VDR/S-VDR or the RMS
System status file of the VDR/S-VDR or RMS
Moreover, if the system configuration file (McbDataInfo.dat) saved at a
report folder created after the completion of installation is opened, a
system state file (Status.dat) saved at the same folder can be opened
automatically, and the diagnostic result at that time can be reproduced.
Refer to the 13th clause about the report folder.
