Standard Power Up Procedure

Use this procedure when powering up a luminaire that has already been configured. (Refer to
Up and Configuration Overview" on page
Note: Refer to
CAUTION: Before applying power, be sure the luminaire is hung or positioned so that the head and
yoke can move freely without restriction.
To power up luminaire:
Step 1. At each luminaire, apply power by switching on power source. Luminaire will display

CAUTION: Before applying power, be sure the luminaire is hung or positioned so that the head and
yoke can move freely without restriction.
To configure luminaire at power up:
Step 1. At each luminaire, apply power by switching on power source.
Step 2. For unconfigured luminaires, menu will display LampType. Press [Enter] to move to next
level.
Step 3. Press [Up]/[Down] to toggle options. From LampType menu choose either LED or LED
HP by pressing [Enter].
Note: If LED is selected, the menu system will update to include the Dimmer, DMX, and Manual
commands. (Dimmer will be added even if no dimmer is present.)
Step 4. Press [Up]/[Down] to select Shutter?. Press [Enter] to move to next level.
Step 5. Press [Up]/[Down] to toggle options. Choose either Yes or No by pressing [Enter].
Note: If the luminaire is configured NOT to have the shutter system, the menu will automatically
update to include the beam-size iris assembly (even if one is not present), DMX, and Manual
commands.
