Java Permissions
Step 1.
From Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options and then the Security tab.
Step 2. Click the Custom Level... button.
Step 3. Scroll down to Microsoft VM.
Step 4.
Under Java permissions make sure that a safety level is selected.
Step 5. Click OK to close the window.
