Replacing the ink blotter
strips

The ink blotter strips collect ink overflow. They should be replaced
asnecessary. Replacement blotter strips are included with the i600
Series Scanners.
To order additional ink blotter strips, refer to Chapter 5, "Supplies and
accessories".
1. Open the pod.
2. Locate the two ink blotter strips.

3. Grasp an ink blotter strip and carefully pull it off the transport
channel.
4. Discard the soiled strip.
5. Remove the other blotter strip if necessary, and discard it.
