Advices
Check the power supply and the
USB connector.
1. Check if the media is set
correctly.
2. Perform the VR adjustment
tool again.
1. Check if there is no obstacle
around the sensors.

In case of Head Temp is NG.:
There is a possibility that Head
thermistor is defective. Replace
the Main PCB Assy and check
again.
In case of Motor Temp is NG.:
There is a possibility that Motor
thermistor is defective. Replace
the Main PCB Assy and check
again.
In case of WiFi Button is NG.:
Check if there is no obstacle
around the WiFi button.
1. Check if there is no obstacle
around the media sensors.
2. Check if the harness of media
sensor is connected to the
Main PCB Assy.
Check if there is no obstacle
around the cutter or paper -eject
area.
Check if the correct media is
set.
Check if the cover left opened.
Check if the media is left.
