To delete unused boxes
Boxes that are no longer needed and contain no stored documents can be
deleted.

In the Administrator Setting screen, touch [0 Security Setting].

In the Security Setting screen, touch [5 HDD Setting].

In the HDD Setting screen, touch [2 Delete Unused User Box].
A message appears, asking whether or not to delete unused boxes.

To delete the unused boxes, touch [Yes].
The unused boxes are deleted.
Note
To return to the HDD Setting screen without deleting the unused boxes,
touch [No].
