Under "Start No.", specify the starting number.

To specify the starting page number, touch [Page #], and then use
the keypad to type in the page number.

To specify the starting chapter number, touch [Chapter], and then
use the keypad to type in the chapter number. Specify the starting
chapter number when "1-1, 1-2..." is selected under "Page No.
Type".
