Combined Printing

Multiple documents can be printed together. Up to 10 documents can be se-
lected to be printed together.
Additional settings, such as those for the number of copies of each docu-
ment, can be specified.

Documents saved in a box and having, Cover Mode, Image Repeat, or
OHP Interleave settings specified cannot be combined and printed.

Printing a Document from a Public User Box/Personal User Box
Description
Specifies the number of copies to be printed.
Select whether a single-sided or double-sided
copy is to be printed.
Select whether to sort or group the documents.
In addition, Staple and Punch settings can also
be specified.
Paper can be folded as specified and fed out.
The document can be printed with a binding
margin. More detailed settings can be specified
from the Edit Margin screen.
The date and time can be printed at the specified
location.
Documents can be printed with stamps such as
"URGENT" or "IMPORTANT".
Distribution numbers can be printed on all pages
of the document.
The page number can be printed at the specified
location.
Text such as "URGENT" or "CONFIDENTIAL"
can be printed at the center of all pages.
