System configuration used to describe programs
(1) System configuration
Remote master station (Network No. 1)
(2) Program conditions
This program was written for the CPU on the remote master station to read the
digital values of temperature conversions made on CH.1 to CH.4 of the Q64RD.
Sampling process is performed on CH.1 and CH.4, average process on CH.2 per
500 times, and average process on CH.3 per 1000ms. If a write error occurs, the
corresponding error code appears in BCD.
(3) Initial settings
• Temperature conversion enabled channel .................................. CH.1 to CH.4
• Sampling channel ......................................................................... CH.1, CH.4
• Count-specified average process channel .................................. CH.2
• Time-specified average process channel .................................... CH.3
• CH.2 average no. of times ............................................................ 500 times
• CH.3 average time ........................................................................ 1000ms (1sec)
(4) Devices used by user
• Initial setting request signal .......................................................... X20
• Temperature measurement value read request signal
(Turned on when user wants to read temperature
measurement value) ..................................................................... X21
• Error reset request signal
(Turned on when user wants to make error reset) ...................... X22
• Error code BCD output ................................................................. Y30 to 3F
• Conversion completed flag storage device .................................. D10
• CH.1 to 4 temperature measurement value storage device ....... D20 to D23
• Error code storage device ............................................................D15
POINT
Refer to Section 3.4 for the I/O signals (X120 to X12F, Y120 to Y12F).
