4 Registering Fax Destinations and Forwarding Received Faxes

Registering a Fax Destination

Press [ ] to display [ ] .
Enter the fax number using the
number keys.
If you make a mistake, press the {Clear/Stop} key to
delete each incorrect digit, and then re-enter the digits.
Press the {Check Destination} key.

Press [Program].
Enter the name using the Quick Dial
keys, and then press the {OK} key.
To c o n f i r m t h e r e g i s t e r e d
information, press the {OK} key.
The "Programmed." message appears and then the
screen returns to that of step 4.
To exit [Check Dest.], press the { { { { { OK} } } } } key.
The screen returns to that of step 2.
From here, you can begin faxing a file. To exit, press the {Clear Modes} key.
