Faults in the water intake or water drain

Possible cause and remedy
The water supply is turned off.
 Turn on the water supply all the way.
Before fixing the fault:
 Turn the commercial dishwasher off with the 
button.
There is a problem with the water intake.
 Turn on the water supply fully and start the
program again.
 Clean the water intake filter (see "Maintenance").
 The water pressure at the water intake is lower
than 30 kPa (4.4 psi).
Contact a plumber.
Before fixing the fault:
 Turn the commercial dishwasher off with the 
button.
Fault in the water drainage.
There might be water in the wash cabinet.
 Clean the filter combination (see "Cleaning and
care").
 Clean the drain pump (see "Maintenance").
 Clean the non-return valve (see "Maintenance").
 Remove any kinks or high loops in the drain hose.
