(42) Carrier UNIT and Stay shaft replacement

Removal
1. Remove the upper cover.
2. Remove the printer mechanism assembly.
3. Release the SS gear, Gear B and Gear A.
4. Remove the screw securing the tension unit , and remove the tension unit.
5. Remove the SP motor.
6. Remove the screws securing the upper guide F on its left and right, and release it to the front.
7. Remove the card guide from carrier unit.
(If you don't have head gap jig don't remove upper angle.)
8. Remove the side frame UL.
9. Remove the stay shaft.
10. Remove the carrier unit
