Power-on indicator reports an error

It is no longer possible to establish a Remote Desktop connection or
access any service or file on the Headless server. Additionally the Power-
on indicator reports an error by flashing continuously.
There are two different error states indicated by the the Power-on indicator:

This error state indicates that an error occurred during the early BIOS POST
phase. The system is unable to finish the BIOS POST phase successfully due
to an error involving the system board. Additionally a beep code might be
audible. A typical error cause might be an improperly seated memory module.
