OIL FORK LEVEL
For the regular fork operation, both legs must be provided
with the necessary oil quantity. TE: remove the forkrods form
the fork to check the oil level inside the forkrods. Work as fol-
lows:
- remove the power rod caps;
- remove springs from the stems letting the oil drop into the
latter;
- bring forks to stroke end;
- check that the level is at distance of 5.51in below the upper
limit of rods.
OIL QUANTITY IN EACH FORK LEG
- TC-TXC: 352 cm 3 (21.5 cu. in.)
- TE: 643 cm 3 (39.2 cu. in.)

Flexibility index for the serial springs:
K=8.8 N/mm (TE)
K=9.6 N/mm (TC-TXC)
NOTE
Always replace both the spring and the spacers to keep the
preload value unchanged.
