1 . Press Utility/Counter key .
2 . Touch Administrator Settings .
3 . Enter default Password 12345678 .
4 . Touch System Settings .
5 . Touch User Box Settings .
6 . Touch External memory Function Settings .
7 . Touch Save Document . Select ON .
8 . Touch Print Document . Select ON .
9 . Touch External memory Document Scan . Select ON .
10 . Touch OK .
11 . Touch Close until you get back to the main screen .
SAvINg YOUR FILE
Plug your thumb drive into the MFP USB port and a window appears stating:
External Memory has been detected (installed); select the External Memory Function
you wish to perform.
The buttons that appear are as follows:
• Print a Document from External Memory.
• Save a Document to External Memory.
• Save a Document from External Memory to a User Box.
1 . Touch Save a Document from External memory to a User Box .
2 . Touch/highlight the document you want to save .
3 . Touch Save to User Box .
4 . Touch/Select your User Box .
Note: A list of thumb drive documents appear
(only those with supported file formats).
