3 MANAGING COUNTERS (COUNTER MENU)

Resetting the counters for each department

You can reset the counters for the specified department code.

On the DEPT. MANAGEMENT menu screen, press [DEPARTMENT REGISTRATION].
The DEPARTMENT CODE screen is displayed.

Press the department button whose counters you want to reset, and then [RESET
COUNTERS].
The message "CLEAR OK?" is displayed on the CONFIRMATION screen.
If the touch panel does not display the desired department code, press

Press [YES].
The counter is now cleared.
Press [NO] to cancel the clear operation.
