HDD: General
The HDD function al-
lows you to initialize
the hard drive inside
the NVR. Initializing
will format the drive
and erase any data
that is on there. You
also have the option of
adding a NAS (network
attached storage) de-
vice that the NVR can
record to.
Add:
Create a folder on your NAS device to save to. Input the IP address
of the NAS device and the folder name you created. Click "OK" to con-
tinue.
Init:
Click the hard drive's checkbox to select then click this to format
the hard drive. A message will appear noting that all data will be erased.
Make sure you backup your hard drive if required before formatting.
Click "OK" to continue.
Click the "Back" button to go back to the Main Menu.
Please note, the hard drive has been pre-formatted during manu-
facture. If adding a second drive, use the "Init" function to format.
