Check Q1521 and their periphery, and replace
P1(AV ASSEMBLY) if defective.

ECO+12V is not outputted.
Is 12V voltage supplied to emitter of Q1548?
Check Q1548, Q1549 and their periphery, and replace
P1(AV ASSEMBLY) if defective.
FLOW CHART NO.16
P-ON+5V(2) is not outputted.
Is the supply voltage 5V fed to the cathode of D016?
Is the "H" pulse (approximately 6V) inputted to
the base of Q1106?
Check Q1106 and their periphery, and replace
P3(PW/SW ASSEMBLY) if defective.
FLOW CHART NO.17
P-ON+10V is not outputted.
Is the supply voltage 14V fed to the cathode of D1031?
Check IC1102,Q1100,Q1101,Q1105 and their
periphery, and replace P3(PW/SW ASSEMBLY)
if defective.
