    PREPARATION How to Use the Remote Control This section explains how to get ready for remote control operation. Setting up the Remote Control Open the battery compartment lid on the rear panel. Install 2 batteries (“AAA” size) following the polarity diagrams. Close the battery compartment lid.

Incoming Antenna/Cable (CATV) Signals The VCR scans through all receivable TV and CATV channels and stores only the active ones in your area into the memory.
