APPLICATIONS
Use the automation system software to program these inputs to trigger any number of thermostat
temperature setting changes. Add auxiliary digital outputs to the communication card to program the
inputs to trigger non-thermostat related events.
~xamples
include:

Connect an input to a security system relay that closes when the building is unoccupied to initiate a
setback.
- Connect an input to a temperature actuated switch to turn the thermsotat off when the outside
temperature is pleasant.
- Connect an input to a temperature actuated switch to open an economizer with an output when the
outdoor temperature is in the correct range.
- Connect an input to a supply air temperature actuated switch to trigger an output that locks out the
compressor if coil freezing is likely.
