When traveling downhill, it is necessary to downshift and
take full advantage of the braking function of the engine to
reduce the load of brake system. Meanwhile, even if the
brake is needed, the brake pedal shouldn't be stepped
incessantly.
The moister brake disc will reduce the braking
efficiency. After traveling in water, rainstorm or
washing vehicle, the brake pedal shall be stepped
on lightly to warm up the brake disc and friction
lining through friction so as to evaporate the water
and restore the braking efficiency.
If the front spoiler is mounted optionally on the
vehicle, it is necessary to ensure the air to the front brake is
unobstructed, or else the brake system may be too hot for
poor radiation and the braking efficiency may be reduced.

Brake Booster

The brake booster is controlled by engine
vacuum. It works only when the engine operates.
Therefore, don't stop the engine for sliding as going
downhill.
If the brake booster can not work because the
vehicle is drawn or it breaks down, it is necessary
to step on the brake pedal with great force to
restore the assisting efficiency of the booster.
Each pedal should be stepped to the end and
return back to the original position completely, and should
move freely.
Therefore, the floor around can not be covered by foot mat
or other coverings. If it surely is necessary, it shall be
assured that the foot mat not hamper the movement of
pedal and not slide.
Drive Introduction

ABS Anti-lock Brake System (

The anti-lock brake system can avoid the wheel lock and
even let the vehicle maintain the steering performance in
case of emergency braking so as to help you to avoid
obstructions.

Actions of ABS

The anti-lock brake system works only with the
service braking. If the brake pedal pulsates with
noise during braking, it indicates the ABS is
working. The pulsation and noise are normal. Don't
release the brake pedal at the moment.
