Replacing the display assembly

Procedure

1 Slide and place the palm rest and keyboard assembly on the display
assembly.
2 Using the alignment posts, press the display hinges down on the palm
rest and keyboard assembly.
3 Align the screw holes on the display hinges with the screw holes on the
palm rest and keyboard assembly.
4 Replace the screws that secure the display hinges to the palm rest and
keyboard assembly.
5 Route the display cable through the routing guides on the palm rest and
keyboard assembly.
6 Adhere the tape that secures the display cable to the palm rest and
keyboard assembly.
7 Slide the display cable to the connector on the system board and close
the latch to secure the cable.

1 Replace the wireless
