Replacing the status-light
board

Procedure

1 Place the status-light board in an angle on the palm rest and keyboard
assembly and snap it in place.
2 Adhere the status-light board cable to the palm rest and keyboard
assembly.
3 Slide the status-light board cable into the connector on the system board
and close the latch to secure the cable.
4 Route the speaker cable through the routing guides and place the
speaker on the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
5 Connect the speaker cable to the slot on the system board.
6 Slide the I/O-board cable into the connector on the system board and
close the latch to secure the cable.
7 Slide the hard-drive cable into the connector on the system board and
close the latch to secure the cable.
