The Part 15 radio device operates on a non-interference basis with other devices operating at this

frequency when using Cisco-supplied antennas. Any changes or modification to the product not
expressly approved by Cisco could void the user's authority to operate this device.
To meet regulatory restrictions, the access point must be professionally installed.

Requirements of operator to register the RLAN device operating Outdoors in the 5150 -5250 MHz band and addressing possible
interference issues in this band.
Section 15.407(j) of the rules established filing requirements for U-NII operators that deploy a
collection of more than 1000 outdoor access
points with the 5.15-5.25 GHz band, parties must submit a letter to the FCC lab acknowledging that,
should harmful interference to licensed services
in this band occur, they will be required to take corrective action. Corrective actions may include
reducing power, turning off devices, changing frequency
bands, and/or further reducing power radiated in the vertical direction.
