ADVANCED OPERATIONS
Canceling the sleep timer
Press SLEEP repeatedly until "SLEEP OFF" appears on
the front panel display.
After a few seconds, "SLEEP OFF" disappears, and the
"SLEEP" indicator goes off.

The sleep timer setting can also be canceled by pressing
STANDBY on the remote control (or STANDBY/ON on the front
panel) to set this unit to the standby mode.

Manually adjusting speaker levels

You can adjust the output level of each speaker while
listening to a music source. This is also possible when
playing sources through the MULTI CH INPUT jacks.
Please note that this operation will override the level
adjustments made in "AUTO SETUP" (page 26), "SP
LEVEL" (page 57) and "Using the test tone" (page 51).

Once you press LEVEL, you can also select the speaker by
pressing u / d.

Press j / i to adjust the speaker output level.
The control range is from +10 dB to –10 dB.

Press LEVEL when you have completed your
adjustment.
The display returns to normal display mode.
