CAUTION
- Do not supply more ink when the ink level inside a reservoir has reached the FULL indication line. Otherwise, the
ink may spill out of the reservoir.
- Do not let the ink level go under the edge of the bulk ink system case. If the reservoirs get empty, air will enter the
ink tubes, which may cause print defects.
- When it is difficult to see the level of ink inside the reservoirs (for black or cyan color), you may compare the
reservoir weight with that of a reservoir containing a color easy to check, such as yellow, to determine if ink needs
to be supplied.
Follow the procedure below to replenish the reservoirs with ink.

CAUTION
- When you remove the outer cap from a bottle, it might happen that the paper cap remains on the top
of the silver seal. In such a case, remove the paper cap taking care not to take the silver seal off.

Remove the empty ink bottle from the
reservoirs.
CAUTION
- It takes several minutes for the ink inside a bottle to
completely flow into the reservoir. Wait until the bottle is
completely empty before removing it from the reservoir.
Turn slowly the B part in the counter-clockwise direction
while holding the A part with your hand to prevent it
from turning.
Remove the outer cap from the ink bottle.
CAUTION
- Do not remove or make a cut in the inner silver seal. The
ink may spill out if the seal is removed or damaged.
