Input Tray—Holds the documents in the Automatic Document Feeder for scanning.

Paper Guides—Guides adjust to support various document widths.

Automatic Document Feeder—Feeds documents through the scanner during scanning.

Scanner Lid—Lift lid to place an item on the flatbed glass for scanning.

Control panel—OneTouch scanning controls.
LED Number—The selected OneTouch function for the Simplex and Duplex buttons.
Function buttons—Selects the scan setting for the OneTouch buttons. Press the up or
down arrow to cycle through the settings.
Duplex button—Press to scan double-sided documents.
Simplex button—Press to scan single-sided documents.
Status light / Power Button—Turns the scanner's power off and indicates the scanner's
status.

Output Tray—Holds documents after being scanned through the Automatic Document
Feeder.

Paper Stop—Holds documents in the output tray.
8.
Power jack—Connects the power cord to the scanner.
9.
Universal Serial Bus (USB) port—Connects the scanner to the computer.
