 Please refer to the installation diagram supplied with the ma-
chine.
– The water used must at least comply with European regulations for
drinking water quality. If the water supply has a high iron content
there is a danger of corrosion occurring on items being cleaned in
the machine, as well as the machine itself. If the chloride content of
the water exceeds 100 mg/l the risk of corrosion to items being
cleaned in the machine will be further increased.
– In certain regions (e.g. mountainous areas) the water composition
may cause precipitates to form, requiring the use of softened water
in the steam condenser.
– The machine is designed for connection to cold, hot and DI water. If
there is no hot water supply, the intake valve for the hot water con-
nection should be connected to the cold water supply.

This appliance must be installed according to AS/NZS 3500.1. This
appliance has been supplied with a separate backflow prevention
device.
No further backflow protection required for connection to the water
supply. Installation shall be according to AS/NZS 3500.1 and AS/
NZS 3500.2.
