Possible solutions
Stop the Identify/Locate action in the DS4800
Subsystem Management window.
Ensure that the fibre-channel cables are
undamaged and properly connected.
Replace the RAID controller.
Ensure the SFP module is seated properly;
replace the SFP module.
Power down the DS4800 and its storage
expansion enclosures. Recable the expansion
enclosures with a maximum of eight expansion
enclosures per drive channel.
