Troubleshooting
The ON/OFF light on the headset is off while charging.
Make sure the power and line cords are plugged in correctly
and securely.
Make sure that the battery connector is securely plugged into
the cordless headset.
Push the headset downwards in the headset base charging
cradle until the ON/OFF light on the headset turns on.
Unplug the unit's electrical power. Wait for 15 seconds,
then plug it back in. Allow up to one minute for the cordless
headset and headset base to reset.
Clean the cordless headset and headset base charging
contacts each month using a pencil eraser or cloth.
Your headset or headset base might be defective. Refer to
Limited warranty on pages 62-65 for further instructions.
Common cure for electronic equipment.
If the unit does not seem to respond normally, try putting the
cordless headset in its base. If it does not seem to respond, do
the following (in the order listed):
Disconnect the power to the headset base.
Disconnect the cordless headset battery.
Wait for a few minutes.
Connect power to the headset base.
Install the battery again and then place the cordless headset
into the headset base.
Wait for the cordless headset to reestablish its connection with
the headset base. Allow up to one minute for this to take place.
