Configuring MPLS congestion management

By configuring MPLS congestion management, assign packets exceeding the bandwidth to the queues by
priority, and then send these packets according to a certain queue scheduling mechanism, avoiding
dropping packets directly.
Configure PQ and CQ for MPLS.
