VOX on Busy
You can configure the transceiver to force VOX transmission
even if the transceiver is receiving a signal.
1 Access Menu No. 153.
2 Select [On] or [Off].
[Off]: Do not operate VOX when the operation band is
busy.
[On]: Operate VOX when the operation band is busy.
Note:
◆ You can press [PTT] or [CALL] (if 1750 Hz is programmed) to
transmit, regardless of the setting in Menu No. 153.

PITCH FREQUENCY

This function set the pitch frequency during CW reception.
1 Access Menu No. 170.
2 Select among from [400] to [1000] Hz.

CW REVERSE

You can select the USB side [Normal] or LSB side [Reverse].
1 Press [MODE] to set CW mode.
2 Access Menu No. 171.
3 Select [Reverse] or [Normal].

LED CONTROL

This function turns off the BUSY LED to reduce the
consumption of battery power. With the default setting, the
BUSY LED is always on when receiving FM radio broadcasts.
1 Access Menu No. 181.
2 Press [ENT].
Each press change the check mark.
RX
(Check): The LED is on when receiving in bands A and
B (including when receiving an FM radio broadcast).
(Uncheck): The LED is not on when receiving in normal
operation mode (including when receiving an FM radio
broadcast).
FM Radio
(Check): The LED is on when receiving an FM radio
broadcast in FM radio mode.
(Uncheck): The LED is not on when receiving an FM
radio broadcast in FM radio mode.
3 Press [A/B].
The change of a check mark is confirmed.
