Configures the optional indicator controls of the RFCR module. The controllable
optional LED is located on the right side of the reader face. The LED on the top
left side of the reader face is not controllable.
The current RFCR hardware does not support the optional buzzer control.

Parameters
0 = disable LED
led
1 = enable LED for 100 ms
2 = enable LED for 200 ms

15 = enable LED for 1500 ms
