1 Printer Driver Settings
This chapter explains how to configure the settings of Printer Properties and the printer
driver.
Printer Properties
Accessing Printer Properties
Follow these steps to access the Printer Properties.

Click the Start button on the taskbar and then click Control Panel. Click to open Printers
in that order from the successive menus to access the Printers dialog box.

Right-click the printer icon in the Printers window. A shortcut menu is displayed.

Click Properties in the shortcut menu. The Properties dialog box is displayed.
Installing Optional Devices
If you use optional devices such as a paper feeder or duplex unit, specify the device on the
Device Settings tab of Printer Properties.

Click the Device Settings tab.

In Device options of the Device Settings tab, select the check boxes for any optional
devices installed in this machine.
NOTE:
