About this task
Use the following procedure to put an active call on hold. The deskphone stops displaying the
call timer when you put a call on hold.
Procedure
Press the Hold softkey.
Resuming a call on hold
Before you begin
You must have a call on hold.
Procedure
Press the Resume softkey.
