Stopping the Machine

To stop the machine, move the traction-control levers to
neutral, and then move them to the L
disengage the power takeoff (blade-control switch (PTO),
and turn the ignition key to the O
Set the parking brake when you leave the machine; refer to
Setting the Parking Brake (page

CAUTION
Children or bystanders may be injured if they
move or attempt to operate the machine while it is
unattended.
Always remove the ignition key and set the parking
brake when leaving the machine unattended, even
if just for a few minutes.

Adjusting the Height-of-Cut

Using the Transport Lock
The transport lock has 2 positions, which are used with the
deck-lift pedal. There is a L
position for the transport position. Use the transport lock
with the deck-lift pedal (Figure
