AutoRoast
Auto Roast is a combination
function which is similar to
combinationtemperaturecooking,
using both microwaveand
convectioncooking in conjunction
with the temperature probe.
However,the Auto Roast feature
eliminatesmost of the steps
necessaryto program combination
temperaturecooking. Instead,
you can set the entire cooking
programby selectingjust one
Auto Roast code.
Thefoodis placedin a glassdish
on a trivetforcookingduringAuto
Roast.Toselecta codefrom 1to 8,

or on controlpane!.
Howto Combination
AutoRoast
Step 1:
Inserttemperature probe
intomeatandplugtheprobefirmly
intoovenwallreceptacle.
Step
4: TouchSTART. A utoRoast
codenumberdisappears. D isplay
shows"ROAST FOODTEMP"and
"-80" untilfoodtemperature
reaches80"F. T hendisplayshows
actualfoodtemperature as it rises.
Whenfoodreachestheprogrammed
temperature forproperdegreeof
doneness,thedisplayshows"End"
and theovensignalsandturnsoff.

Why?

If themeatis recentlydefrosted
andstillverycoldor icyinside,it
willrequirea longercookingtime
thanmeatwhichhasbeenmerely
refrigerated. T imesshowninthe
guidesare usuallyformeatsthat
are refrigerator temperature.
Q. When I tried to programmy
oven for combination Auto Roast,
it beeped and flashed 6'Prob".
What did I do wrong?

AutoRoastcannotbe
prog rammedwithout t hetemperature
probeconnectedto the ovenwall
receptacle. Toeliminate t he"PROB"
displayand continueprogramming
theoven,just securelyinsertthe
probeintothe receptacle.
Q. When I touched the START
