the
precisionof the temperature
probe. Fourcombinationcodes
are shown on the guide on page
14to make it easy to program
microwavepower leveland oven
temperaturewith only one entry.
The probe makes it simple to
cook to the exact degree of
doneness desired, by monitoring
the internal temperature of the
food. This function is exactly
like combination time cooking
except you set internal food
temperature desired instead
of cooking time.

Insertthe temperature
probeintofoodas directedin this
manual or in
the cookbook.Plug
theotherend
securely
into the
~wen wail receptacle.
Step 2:
TouchCOMBINATION
COOKpad. "ENTERCOMB
CODE"flashesandthetimeof
daydisappearsfromthedisplay.
Step3:
Select t heCombination C ode
bytouchinga numberpadfrom 1to
4 depending on oven temperature
needed. The code entered is shown
on the displayand "ENTER COMB
FOOD TEMP" flashes.
Step 5:
TouchSTART to begin
cooking.Theselectedfood
temperaturedisappearsandthe
displayshows" -80" untilinternal
foodtemperaturereaches80°F.
Thendisplayshowsactualfood
temperatureas it rises. Whenfood
reachesthe selectedtemperature,
thedisplayshows"End" andthe
ovensignalsandturnsoff.
