Convection Temperature Cooking

Youcan also convectioncook
with the temperatureprobe, to
assure that foods are cooked
preciselyto the degreeof doneness
desired, while the constantly
circulating hot air assures even
cooking and delicious browning.
The temperature probe monitors
the internal temperature of the
food and turns the oven off
automatically when the desired
temperature is reached.

Insertprobein foodas
directedin cookbookor in this
manual.Plugotherend of probe
securelyintowallreceptacle.
Step 2: TouchCONVECTION
COOKpad. Timeof day
disappearsfromthe displayand
"'ENTER CONVTEMP" flashes.
Step
3: Enteroventemperature by
touchingthe numberpadsthat
correspondwiththedesiredoven
temperature. F orexample, t ouch
2,2,5 for225°F,225appearson
displayand "ENTERCONV
FOODTEMP" flashes.
Step 4:
Touchthe appropriate
numberpadsin sequenceto enter
the desiredfoodtemperature. F or
example,touch 1,8 andO,in that
order,for 180"F. T hetemperature
selectedis shownon thedisplay.
Step
5: TouchSTART pad. The
displayshows"-80" untilthe food
temperaturereachesabove80°F.
thenit showsactualfoodtemperature
as it rises. When foodreaches
preselectedtemperature,display
shows"End, " ovensignalsand
turnsoff.

oven when it is not in use?
A.
Leavingtheprobein theovenis
notrecommended. I f youforget
and leaveit in duringcooking,
withouthavinginsertedit in food,
damageto the probeor to theoven
mayresult.

May I cook two or more items
at one'time using the shelf?
A. Yes.
