Receiving Faxes in Memory

Memory Reception Mode [MEM]

When your fax machine is set to Memory Reception
mode, it receives all messages into its memory without
printing them out. The display shows
MSG. IN MEMORY
To print messages stored in the machine's memory, switch
to Auto Receive mode.
Press the Auto Rec. key repeatedly until the display shows
AUTO RECEIVE MODE
The display shows (for a few seconds)
PROGRAMMING
The messages stored in the machine's memory print.

No Paper Reception

When your fax machine runs out of paper, incoming faxes
are stored in the machine's memory.
The display shows:
MSG. IN MEMORY, REPLACE PAPER
Load more paper.
Your fax machine automatically prints out any messages in
memory as soon as paper is loaded.

Canceling Messages Stored in Memory

It is possible to erase messages received in memory without
printing them.
1 After you have followed the instructions to print out
messages stored in memory, the display shows
MSG. IN MEMORY, PRINTING.
2 To erase the message instead of printing it, press the Stop
key. The display shows
CANCEL?
